It's possible that your mother may treat you like you're 12 because she is used to seeing you in a certain light from when you were younger. She may also feel the need to protect and guide you, even if you are older now. It could be her way of showing love and care for you, wanting to ensure your well-being and happiness. Communication with your mother about how you feel and setting boundaries may help in establishing a more balanced and respectful relationship. **

It is not common for a mother to make contracts in her child's name without their knowledge or consent. In most cases, a parent would not have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of their child without proper authorization, such as a power of attorney. If you have concerns about contracts being made in your name without your permission, it is important to seek legal advice and review any documents or agreements that have been signed on your behalf. **

However, they can ride bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and rollerblades, as well as use non-motorized vehicles like go-karts, ATVs, and dirt bikes under adult supervision in designated areas. It's important for parents to ensure that their children are wearing appropriate safety gear and are following all local laws and regulations when using these vehicles. **
